Attend the Cardiff BAVS hub for lively exchange about the way the Victorians resonate with us today – and use the opportunity to explore the friendly capital of Wales with its Victorian heritage, including the Welsh Parliament’s Pierhead building overlooking Cardiff Bay, the Victorian Gothic of William Burges’ interior design in Cardiff Castle (whose Banqueting Hall accommodated the NATO 2014 summit), or the Impressionist collection of the National Museum. Cardiff also has a buoyant nightlife!
